Maintenance Scheduling:
NBI barrier products require minimal maintenance and offer the most reliable and durable operating life of any comparable barrier manufacturer available.
Equipment wear. Tend to forget equipment occasionally used or unable to keep up with heavily cycled equipment use? When technical issues arise, NBI and its qualified, authorized Alliance Partners are your expert maintenance-scheduling remedy. We can either conduct regular visits of control, followed by report detailing actions to be carried out, and / or provide equipment service / operational training to be maintained by the client’s personnel. The result enables either NBI or the client to check efficiency parameters of the barrier components.

On call…. when you call.

The heightened alert and nature of perimeter security mandates is the reason why NBI and its Alliance Partners provide “on call, when you call” support services. Post standard business hour, emergency, holiday, and weekend technical support, will be promptly directed to our computerized paging system. Your urgent detailed message will be relayed directly to a Support Service Technician standing by. NBI welcomes you to contact NBI Support Services at 301-868-0302. Simply follow the computerized instructions and describe in detail, the nature of the product/service issue. In the event of an emergency, our service engineers will be notified immediately to respond. Non-emergency calls will be directed to our technicians for assessment during the next day standard business hours of EST 7:30 am - 4:30 pm Monday-Friday. All technical support service calls addressed during NBI standard business hours will receive up to 30 minutes of technical phone support per call. All additional technical support services calls other than during NBI standard business hours will be notified of any possible charges before provided assistance is initiated.

NBI Warranty
